一产品简介
     RTO,是一种高效有机废气治理设备。与传统的催化燃烧、直燃式热氧化炉(TO)相比,具有热效率高(≥95%)、运行成本低、能处理大风量中低浓度废气等特点,浓度稍高时,还可进行二次余热回收,大大降低生产运营成本。
RTO (Regenerative Thermal Oxidizer,简称RTO),蓄热式氧化炉。其原理是在高温下将废气中的有机物(VOCs)氧化成对应的二氧化碳和水,从而净化废气,并回收废气分解时所释放出来的热量, RTO废气分解效率达到99%以上,热回收效率达到95%以上。RTO主体结构由燃烧室、蓄热室和切换阀等组成。根据客户实际需求,选择不同的热能回收方式和切换阀方式。
     RTO蓄热式焚烧是将高温空气喷射入炉膛,维持低氧状态,同时将燃料输送到气流中,产生燃烧。空气(气体燃料)温度预热到800℃~1000℃以上,燃烧区空气含氧量在21%~25%,与传统燃烧过程相比,高空气燃烧的最大特点是节省燃料,减少CO2和NOX的排放及降低燃烧噪音,被誉为二十一世纪关键技术之一。

二、产品特点

 

   1、 较高的VOC去除率。两床设备达95%以上,三床设备超过99%。 
   2、超低运行成本。当VOC浓度达到450ppm时,不需要额外的燃料消耗,如VOC浓度更高,还可进行二次余热回收而大大降低生产成本。 
   3、热效率高达95% 以上。
   4、不产生NOx等二次污染 。
   5、处理风量范围5,000—200,000立方米/小时 。
   6、全自动控制,操作简易,维护方便 。

 

三、适用领域

  1、 中、高浓度(低于20%LEL)、大风量有机废气 。
  2、废气中含有多种有机成分、或有机成分经常发生变化 。
  3、不适用于含有较多硅树脂废气 。

A product introduction
RTO is a kind of high efficiency organic waste gas treatment equipment. With the traditional catalytic combustion, direct combustion type thermal oxidation furnace (TO) compared with high thermal efficiency (more than 95%), low operation cost, can handle large volume of low concentration gas, the concentration is high, but also for the two heat recovery, greatly reduce production cost.
RTO (Regenerative Thermal Oxidizer, abbreviated as RTO), regenerative oxidation furnace. The principle is to oxidize organic matter (VOCs) in the waste gas to corresponding carbon dioxide and water at high temperature, so as to purify exhaust gas and recover the heat released from decomposition of waste gas. The efficiency of RTO waste gas decomposition is over 99%, and the heat recovery efficiency is over 95%. The main structure of the RTO is composed of the combustion chamber, the regenerator and the switching valve. According to the actual needs of the customers, different heat recovery methods and switching valves are selected.
The RTO regenerative incineration is to spray high temperature air into the furnace and maintain low oxygen state. Meanwhile, the fuel is transported to the air to produce combustion. The air (gas) preheating temperature above 800 DEG to 1000 deg. the oxygen in the air in the combustion zone from 21% to 25%, compared with the traditional combustion process, the biggest characteristic of high air combustion is to save fuel, reduce CO2 and NOX emissions and reduce combustion noise, known as one of the key technologies in twenty-first Century.

Two, product characteristics


1, high VOC removal rate. Two beds are more than 95%, and three beds are over 99%.
2, ultra low operating cost. When the concentration of VOC reaches 450ppm, no additional fuel consumption is needed, such as the higher concentration of VOC, and two waste heat recovery can be carried out to greatly reduce the production cost.
3, the thermal efficiency is above 95%.
4, it does not produce two pollution such as NOx.
5. The air volume range is 5000 - 200000 cubic meters per hour.
6, automatic control, easy to operate, easy to maintain.


Three, applicable field

1, medium, high concentration (less than 20%LEL), large air volume of organic waste gas.
2, a variety of organic components, or organic components are often changed in the exhaust gas.
3. It is not applicable to the waste gas containing more silicon resin.
